Um.... The FTC does in fact care and specialize in the claims made by buisnesses. If you say 4 out of 5 doctors agree, you have to be able to back it uop with evidence that can be reasonably verified by the consumer. Before the claim was filed, I had a meeting with two FTC reps to decide whether or not it would be worth filing. After reviewing my claim with them, listening to their suggestions and fine tuning the claim, I filed it.
And since you seem to know such an increibly small amount about the FTC, the burden of proof is on those making the claims. However, in this case, proof is more of a burden than 0YD can bear... Thus the name calling and diverting of attention from the truth or lack there of.
As far as credibility is concerned, what rules of evidence make any school member credible? It will be great when the FTC asks for proof and the instructors reply 'just ask one of our members.'
