2. Show me the proof of the 'superior movement' the 0YD is supposed to posses.
Martial arts schools that make claims they cannot support hurt all martial arts. If 0YD can back up their claims then their is no argument. If they cannot then they should not make the claims at all - and once again their would be no argument. It is false or misleading claims that give the martial arts a bad name. Be true to yourself. So prove it or stop making the claims.
