For those who have been in a long time.

Of all the members who were in and left, without any need to divulge names or any such thing, was there ever any one who was right in leaving, who had a legitimate gripe with Kim either directly, or through his decisions?

After all, some left due to the so-called bad apples, Kim put those so called bad apples in charge, doesn't Kim share blame?

How about those who were told that they were taught wrong, and then had to pay for retraining? I mean, they paid for moo doe once, if it wasn't provided, wasn't it Kim's responsibility to provide what they already paid for? Especially those who had been certified as instructors under Kim? Yet he made them pay twice.

I'm not asking for details or anything, a simple yes or no.

I work at a great company, we've got great management, some of the best I've seen, my boss is great, but even he will tell you that sometimes everyone makes the wrong management decision, and loses people because of it in a way that is entirely avoidable. It's just part of the job you learn to minimize, but never completely lose.

See, all I've seen from you guys on this site is how everyone who left is, in your minds, quitters, but sometimes leaving a dead end organization is the only good choice.

So, can you admit Kim's flaws, or do you place all blame for any fault on who he and Jerry's kids tell you to blame?

Just trying to clarify whether you can even look on him as a human anymore, or if you're just a bunch of worhippers believing in fairy tales and selling out any friend who chooses to leave because you want to believe, and accepting their decisions as possibly right about their own life choices can't possibly fit in with your belief.
