The only thing I hate are con artist taking advantage of the weak and uninformed. The article published even showed Pat working with a few patients/students( who I also knew) doing movements you would find in any women's aerobics class or any of the sources Royal Dragon mentioned. You guys really can't take it when you think you post information that will give OYD esteem and it can easily be shown to be worthless to that end. Keep trying guys, your about as effective as you were at running satellite businesses.
