As for the Bagua on Black sash, Russell Wong's is not to bad. His Mud stepping is a bit rough. I have some smoother stuff on video in my library.

As for the fighting, many of the techniques are actual Bagua techniches shown as they would be used. Also, you may notice all the weight lifting they do. That means their fighters will be strong as hell physically, in addition to any internal power they generate (assuming it was a real school, and not a fantasy).

If I were to critique basics, Russell Wong's students are a bit lacking, but are still better than Jerry Barfield. Russell Wong has very good body structure, and at least knows the fundementals of the style, even though he does not fully present the full smoothness Bagua is known for. He's defenetly better than average, but not spectacular.

The Moo on the other hand can't even do a simple posture without sticking their chest out.
