Those of you who have been around for a while recall the history of the moo put out after the exodus, I believe it was titled, erroneously, The Truth of The Gossip About OYD.
In this and other documents, the tax case is often specifically referred to with the addition that any instructors from that era could still be prosecuted.
This is actually not quite true. Such instructors might find themselves under scrutiny, but the truth is, the feds don't want you. They want Kim. They would have taken Kim before, but the instructors were too stubborn. Most of those same instructors have admitted that, were they to do it all again, they would not have taken the fall for Kim. The only ones who officially say otherwise are still in the moo. What, that's something like two guys, correct?
They keep throwing that out there, that these instructors could be prosecuted. It's a farce. Those instructors, more likely, could be lead witnesses.
Think about it. It's a valid way out.
