Actually, it doesn't mean that at all. Even if he believes that pictures are the only medium that can present martial skills he is not being compelled to post them. Knowledge of something cannot compel someone to comply. For example, you KNOW that JCK did not leap from an 8 or 11 story building, and yet you still tell the story. So, knowledge is really useless when it comes to Oom Yum, Dough!
