Maybe you should go to a battered womens shelter. It appears you change forums implemented to discuss martial arts into a place to commiserate, whine and criticize anyone who claims to have found benefit from the training. Come to think of it, why do you flock to post here when you have suitable venues to vent? Hmmmmmmm
