On a more serious note, I was thinking about internals with respect to CMD, and I can't think of one internal principal that I was taught over the years. Can someone from CMD please give me a little insight as to how internals are currently being taught? Even our Tai Guk Chung was practiced with an external (muscular, skeletal, etc.) focus, and not an internal (quiet, reflective, introspective, energetic) focus. Any thoughts?
