The reason why most instructors of the past are so out of shape today is because they were trash when Kimmmy orientated them.
The bodies physical state is a reflection of what is in their heart. Stagnation.
The reason why Kimmy took on such dogs was because it was easier to alter their perception of things being the fact that what little awareness they still had left after all the drug abuse from their teenage years was easier to alter than those that loved themselves.
Yes, I was one of the dogs of the past but was able to become aware of their cult like activities.
I am only here today because I just had a run in with a moo of the past. Grinning from ear to ear because he is still talking moo. Why? Because he is stuck on rewind mode. Some people just don't know how to break cycles.
Just wanted to see if others are still fighting the demons of the moo.
