Do you think if some of us were not able to abide by the terms of the license agreements we could negotiate special terms as needed by the individual locations?
Our intent was to pay in full and on schedule as per the agreements, however, certain locations are experiencing cash flow down turns due to worsening local economic conditions, demographic fluctuations in surrounding areas, declining or near-zero attendance, adverse media and internet attention focused on our business activities, and the reduced service level we provide to students, i.e. no real form or knowledge presented since you guys have failed to live up to your promises of passing the full extent of your made up / so-called knowledge.
Thus, we hope that as we step back from full cult membership, it is our sincere hope you'll still be friends with us and stop by for coffee once in awhile even though we no longer hand you any cash with both hands. It shouldn't just be about the money, trust you guys still care deeply for all students, past and present.
Take care and may be soon we can exchange movements, am sure there will be growth opportunities for many of us as we explore new horizons.
