enough w/ the moo-speak, please. o.k.?

why do you wish to know this? (on injuries)

lets just say they were significant and took time to fix. martial arts increases the risk of injury, however what many of us accepted and have been told from others I knew then and since are way beyond any expected norm. Specifics are confidential for now.

as one example, shouders, knees and hips from par gae, but that is going away with authentic Chinese stance training. Most don't realize the damage done until try to fix it. This is related by hundreds of former mooos.

There's a national who after 25 years of professing par gae movemnt as the secret to better health as one ages in order to get cash in has deepening, serious joint problems. Another had hip-replacement surgery. Go figure.

They all have pot bellies from breathing wrong.

They rely on misguided information of herbal remedies will fix everything. Thye dont care if ANYONE not even their top guys are hurting, so long as the cash is coming in. Those that haven't experienced any bad from mooovemnt are either just fortunate or didn't really push.

In contrast when practice REAL authentic form (Chinese Qi Gong, 5 Animals Sets, etc.) you do not feel the negative stress on the body. True form actually does build you up.

The moo does not because it can not.

Its dangerous & stupid to tell people to 'do as i do' when the principles and actions are not fully understood by the teacher.

Get Down! Push Into the Position! Feel your body Change! Some of that training is useful, but no one then or since really understood what was going to happen. They did not get the full deal. Its bits and pieces, copied from many different authentic styles.

The moo does not understand proper hip positions, or alignments within the body's structure. The moo does not understand any dynamics of movements, when do meridians open up, etc.

They cant know it since they were never taught it.
Their stuff is made up. Damage is inevitable. It took awhile to figure that out.

There are a few that keep mooing, they keep doing moooovements. It feels good and they like it. Well, that's for them, but its not real. Any use in self defense is highly suspect. Someone with willfull intent to cause harm does not care what the other guy thinks he knows. Mooo is not a strong recourse, just my opinion.

I practice to improve myself and would walk away unless no choice. Any residual mooo will hopefully not 'come up' - it hasn't in the very few instances had some trouble, everything was just fine.

Some of the kongsu is fun, but its nothing secret or super special. Its better than USA karate or Acme TKD studio, but its not legendary teachings from generation to generation taught only to select, yada yada...

Once understand the basics, most anyone could put better together themselves, which seems what kim/park did just to make money.

when look at all the lies and crap that org has pushed onto people, why believe that ANY part of what comes from here has any real basis of authenticity?

some of them still talk a good game and there's enough dupes out there still willing to pay them.

the mooo needs to end. FTM.
