Using the terms titles, classes, etc tends to be misused, but lets say you know what you are talking about.

the phrase 'legal transfer' does that mean the everday joeblow on the street can somehow buy a fullauto machine gun so long as it was 'legal' prior to 1986???

in my state the gun shops laugh at you when ask this. no, an individual can not own a full auto machine gun. maybe in Montana or Idaho (or Texas) but not anywhere near here.

HF still sounds like a nut case, although the guy who started this and a few others seem like they need help.

otherwise, you mean to say you take martial arts that has firearms training included? So the people teaching that are qualified instructors as that is regulated to, right?
