Perhaps some don't agree with the necessity of fearing evil, or of fear itself. The world is full of evil, yet people manage to be good in the midst of it. The statement, imo, is interesting, but I do not think it stands. I think that if you walk away from evil all your life, evil will rule in your absence. I've known more than a few fools who fled from every little evil. Usually all they had to do was stand up, and those evils went away.

In other words, and I am fallible, but I think the tool with which you sought to measure the callibre of both pro and anti moo posters was insufficient. I think you mistake the habits of the subjects with the marks left by your own instruments, so to speak.

Where's the quote from? I sort of assumed biblical from your name. It'd be interesting to put it into a context. Most maxims and proverbs are context limited.

In any case, I don't agree with it. There is no binary for wise and foolish. What seems wise one moment can be foolish the next, and vice versa.
