The source cited is united press international, I didn't read whether or not Fox was who reported on UPI's info, but UPI is most certainly closer to 'no spin' than news on the network level, whether Fox or CNN, as the networks pay for services like UPI and Reuters to give the verified info, which the networks can then glam up for whatever effect they desire.
Nice saving face attempt there, though.
