Actually, anyone who reads my posts knows I am not cluless as to the cause of my injury. Also, I think I did a fine job of healing it myself, thankyou very much (Useing my Kung Fu I might add). I even avoided surgey when my doctors thought that impossible.
Now, if you like, I could go into great detail why YOUR back hurts, I could also cover your knee problems if you like.
