Just wondering how some of you schedule your training?
For instance-Do you do your chigungs in the morning before going to work?(this is assuming that you have a regular 9-5 typ schedule)-Practice during a lunch break?-then go to class, or practice more at home?-Do you also lift weights as part of your training, and overall health?(and when do you fit that in?)
