I just got back from Florida - visiting my parents for the holidays. I had the opportunity to train on the beach a couple of times, and it was great. I've never really trained next to the ocean before. I really felt as though I had more oxygen to take into myself, and I never got winded. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any movement that takes advantage of this? I was practicing Kung Fu (southern style), and Hard Still Chi Kung.
My parents are only 3 hours away by plane - I think I'll have to visit them more often!
By the way, very quiet here this weekend. I'm glad to see that the Moo/anti-moo croud has gotten away from the computer.
