They don't know this. Nobody in OYD knows anything about how to realease energy or use the body. They talk a big game, but when it gets right down to it, no one under say Jerri, and even then I question it, could even begin to answer such a question. They'd just regurgitate what their higher belts told them. I often heard, 'I don't know how it works, but it works' as an attitude used there.
