Something I found through my investigation of Modern day Shamanism.

Mainly through the reference of Carlos Castaneda.

I find some of the beliefs brought up in some of his books inlightening to say the least.

Tensegrity is a series of physical movements that help one to move and control energy that is in us as well as around us. Sound familiar? It should I believe it's another version of perception of Chi.

Check it out if anything it will be something else to trash besides or along with other things that get trashed on this site.

The book is called ' Magical Passes ' by Carlos Castaneda. It said, the movements are dated back some 7,000 to 10,000 years old. And was something the ancient indians of Mexico reluctantly wanted to pass down.
Keep an open mind a check out these movements they will seem familiar. Reminds me of Tai Chi.
