Sorry, I've know someone through a freind who did just that. His Chute opened just enough to slow him. he lived, but crushed both legs. He now has mutiple pins in his legs and knees and has stifness and pain every day of his life as a result of the injurie. Not to mention blowng a bunch of lower back disks. He spinal dammage was so great he actually had to have several disks fused. Now he can't even bend over and touch his toes as a result. His doctors say he will probually be confined to a wheel chair by the time he is 50.

From what I'm told he was a former paratrooper and in prime physical condition before the accident.

Anyone that 'lived' through an accident like that is going to be FUCKED UP whether they admit it publically or not.
