Reality is perception based, if you can change or alter your perception of someone or something, you can change your own personal reality. Therapists use this on their patients to cure them from phobias, etc. We all created our own realities when we joined a particular martial arts school. We supported our beliefs until pleasure was gone and pain began. The 'pain' I'm refering to is when you are doing something and it becomes more work and less fun. Some individuals will have a longer threshold than others, after all ' to each his own'.
The point I'm making is that everyone changes their reality/belief many times without any conscious effort. Sometimes daily, merely based on what kind of day we had at work.
MOO good??
MOO bad??
It doesn't matter. What matters is that we don't let our realities be subjected to random emotion, after all , as martial artists we should concentrate on coquering ourselves first and foremost.
The next time you feel overwhelmed in one direction or the other, ask youself ' How would I react if I took a different point of view'?

CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE AND YOU CHANGE YOUR REALITY
(but then again, what the hell do I know? Any thoughts?)
