moo-sounds to me that you are more like selfish. what are you going to do to earn. you've learned, now it's time to earn. you can't just continually breath in with out breathing out can you? you want to help others benefit don't you? pretty different , right?
makes me think of one of the moo's favorite terms - devalue
the only thing that is ever devalued in the moo is the participants time and money. this is done in order to make the participant feel that they must constantly give/do more to earn the 'benefits' of the moo
this is done (as so many things in the moo) by taking a good concept and using it for control
example. the idea of self-evaluation or 'pointing the finger at yourself'
i think that everyone would agree that this is a beneficial concept when done in a 'balanced' way
but the moo uses this idea to constantly deflect judgement from the organization - see selfish monologue above
examine any moo philosophy in terms of the oom and the yang and see what 'comes up'
