Sir,

Points well taken.

When I think about it I did only get in to dedogi when I was being a smart ass or stubborn. The thing was I enjoyed the movement and I did benifit from it. I still utilize it when needed for certain difficult movements I am trying to conquer.

I have never injured my self from movement unless I was trying something I wasn't prepared for or allowed to do which makes it my fault not the instructors or the style. Sometimes I get a little eager to try something. That's the child in me that wants to experience movement not watch it. I can go to the movies for that and its cheaper.

Good day.
