Our company is interested to obtain a Standby LC for credit enhancement purposes. The required terms are as follows:
1) To start he maximum amount we'll be willing to spend on it it $400,000, which is to cover absolutely all fees and commissions,
2) Issuing fee can only be paid by a Letter of Credit, negotiable upon the issuance of SBLC. No advance payment will be
