the person who is giving to you the information is trying to get some advantage from potential Buyer because he has not nothing to show, he will take the banking information and will arrange with them and probably the Bank can accept to issue a SS MTN or BG then he will come back with the document as FRESH or Slighly Seasoned, we already know that way to work of that kind of people,
