Chris Flemming,

Have you ever sparred?

Do you know if your sparring would work?

Do you really want to find out in front of your students?

In all seriousness, I don't blame the moo for anything that happened to me. I made my choices. I do blame them, however, for what they said to me (as I did not control what they said), and what they taught me (as I had no control over what they taught) and how they deceived me (because I had no control over their deception). My fault is that I listened to them. For that I was wrong. However, it is my nature to be trusting. Is that wrong? I hope not. If you're saying to me that I should be more cynical and less trusting (like you must be), then I would say to you that you do not trully understand the potential for humankind and human kindness. I'd rather err on the side of believing people who say they have my best interest at heart. To do the opposite would be to close myself off from humanity. That is the life you are suggesting that we lead.
