I have to agree with HF. I saw the show and it didn't look like a Licensed Training Facility to me. I looked around and there were no Certificates or rank or position on the walls, no Licensed Calligraphy, or a guy jumping off a stoop on top of a roof.

Plus the instructor in the show was portrayed as a human being who spoke English. I like my instructors to be clones with one collective personality.

Where was the pressure to get on course? No national team came by to sell the next super duper course (which includes the secret internal form horse & punch). The characters in the show were spending time with their families (imagine that)? That's not traditional moo do.

Plus the lead is an experienced practitioner cares about his students! What fiction indeed! I prefer base level instructors with second degrees, with 18 months of total training, getting me into movement they got the night before. It's not about movement it's about what’s true, right and correct (and those cool uniforms and jumping around on the beach).

Wang po is spinning in the grave of the head that made him up. What a silly show.
