The issue, is where the weight is placed on the foot. I fit is even across the 9 points, the knees will not be overly strained. They will often be an inch forward the toes, but that is not enough to overly strain them, unless you do this every day to exauhstion with no recovery time.

The issues with the Moo are two fold, ONE the posture is unbalanced, and there is not a thought to how the weight is distributed over the foot, so you end up with guys having their knees really far forward, and all the weight towards the front of the foot.

The second issue is gross over training, and lack of recovery time coupled with a doctrin of sleep depravation. In reality, the body needs MORE sleep when you train hard as that is the time our bodies really develop and recover from the extreme stress we place on it.

The repeted heavy stress on the knees day in and day out, without letting them recover from the previous few days abuse weakens them continually......till they break. If you don't train quite as hard, and rest every other day or so, with a good 2-3 days off for every one you are on, you will develop faster, without the high injury rate.

However, if you realy want to train daily (5-6 days a week), you have to limit yourself to about 70% of your max and STILL take 2-3 days off between your weekly cycles, especially as you get into your mid 30's. Young'ns can recover fine with only a day off beteen 6 day cycles, but us older guys need more time. Remeber, if you want to do it that way, you NEED to limit your self to 70% of your max.
