Actually, that was a result of stuff I did as a young Moo. Later, due to family responsibilites, I got out of training that long and hard and went through a phase where I was working mysef to death, and I got quite out of shape, thus reinjuring a problem orginally caused by fanatically following Kim's stupid building jumping examples.
Really though, it was the Kung Fu system I currently practice that put me back in the game. My back therapy got the pain manageable, but I was told I'd never do Kung Fu again, yet here I am doing it again, getting better and better every day. If I keep improving like this, under my own direction, I will eventually be better than I was before, unlike you, who will never be anything because you have corrupt, incompetant teachers.
Ahh,the follies of youth. I can't belive I was ever stupid enough to believe the CRAP that comes out of Kim's schools. Well, at least I grew up, wised up, and woke up, unlike you, still stuck in a quagmire of twisted delusion and too stupid to ever see your sad pathetic plight.
