Were you getting instruction directly from Grandmaster?

No, thats what I thought, so why blame Grandmaster?

If I was training and got injured I would first blame myself for not paying attention to the way my body was reacting to the movements, and not asking a question about a certain stituation.

I have never seen an injury caused by the correct practice of movements. As for incorrect practice at the least it is a waste of time, and can be damaging. Thats why I always consult higher belts with my practice, I don't just do what I think is best.

Funny thing is that I don't know anyone that has injured their back training. Infact I cured my back, knee, and wrist with my training.

Do you think that you were training 100% correct? Were you asking questions? Did you continue to practice with continuing pain?

You should have not practiced so hard, and practiced more correctly.

cya,
Dr. Who
