Also The law says right there that they exist and can be transfered (bought and sold, inherited, given). Maybe you could read a little more closely.
Since you like to look up these but are still getting in practice understanding what you have read, look up NFA or 'transferable machine gun' or 'sear gun'
If this is news to you then you are decades behind, guessing about things that I've had first hand experience with, in several roles.
Do you actually do martial arts or just discuss them?
