There might be some people that think that Chung Moo Doe is resposible for the change in ones life direction. Of course for the better. I am not being sarcastic on this point.

My point being that life seemed easier when I was practicing Chung Moo Doe. Chung Moo Doe is in itself not the cause of such a change. It's the knowledge of difficult movement that CMD offers that causes or allows the change of perception on ones life. You see life itself has not changed. It's ones awareness that has changed making life seem simple and easy to handle.

By practicing difficult movement and achieving personal goals in movements opens up ones mind. Literally the brain is being used in a manner that allows other parts of the brain to become active we don't normally use in our day to day activities.

So, in reality when we start practicing we might be using 10% of our brain. By practicing difficult movement and getting results (changes) in our physical abilities we have now expanded our use of our brain up to 12%. Allowing us to have abnormal awareness in comparison to the norm in our society. Giving us the cognitive thought that makes life seem easier.

Can you imagine if one practices faithfully for a period of time getting physical results in performance. Ones capabilities can be outrageous and hard to believe because the norm of reality we are used to casts doubt on the outcome because of the abnormalties. .

It's not just CMD that offers this kind of knowledge. There are of course other styles of movement unrelated to the CMD system that can offer similar changes. Even becoming a master with a musical device can awaken unused portions of our minds. Getting similar results.

My point is practice with full intent and see how life really is from a more sane point of view.

Does anyone have any experiences of abnormal achievements?

I have several actually many. One is I never could understand. Landing like a feather. Something that was brought to my attention while being with CMD. I thought it was impossible until one day I did just that land like a feather. Literally it seemed like the ground came up and met me b4 I fell down on to it. This occurred while being thrown by an instructor. Even the instructor recognized the achievement I experienced.

This example is minor to some of my many other experiences.

I remember being told by my instructor not to talk about experiences to other outsiders because they might not understand being that they are just in the norm of awareness causing doubts on strange thoughts or achievements.

For that reason alone I have kept silent on this subject. I will not continue my silence anymore. What I will do is allow my awareness to lead me to others that believe in such thought.

Please give input. This means everybody. I already know what to expect as a reply from some of you.

With what I presented here. Do you think JCK actually jumped off a tall building and landed without injury. All I can say is I never seen it. So the lack of experience causes doubts on such an endeavor. But, I am open enough to almost believe a person could if necessary for survival.
It all depends on the amount of awareness one has accumulated before the attempt is made.

Nothing is impossible if one has the awareness to back them up.

Practice with full intent and enjoy life.
