Sorry, the mind does not have the ability to over come gravite's power to pull you to terminal velocity. An 11 story jump would leave you with nothing more than the heightend awarenes that your about to die.
In order to survive a fall like that (Let alone un injured) you need a physical mechanism to slow the fall before impact, like a parachute or deep water or a stuntman's air bag. You can't just jump and live.
If for some reason you do, it's only because the crushing of all the bones in your legs and probably the spine too broke the fall. Good luck ever walking again.
