This may be true, but it refers to the SAME practice session, NOT over training a specific body area for two days in a row to accomplish the joint development. If you train to muscular failure in a single training session, you have sufficiently stressed the joints to cause them to develop. You don't need to consecutively over train the muscles over the period of several days like sugjested, or in otherwards SACRIFICE proper muscle development and proper recovery time to develop the joints. Infact, if this is your stratigy, what your are doing is over training both the muscles AND the joints, and dammaging tisssue to an excessive level, thus slowing your progress, if not injuring the body altogether. These injurys often manifest themselves as very small tears in the tissue that show up as pain, stiffness and Arthritis in the later years of life.
As you sugjested 'I' do, you should probually research this subject before you comment as it is clear you have no clue.
