Here is one for you. 'Illgeuk', one movement one break.

#1 was when your opponent punched, (right hand of course), you would do an in block with the right arm stepping in with the right foot. After blocking the arm, the fist goes back then forward again. This movement can be visualized as a 'U'. After hitting with the right step in with the left and twist the body clockwise and hit with the left.

You may be wondering where the one move one break is. So did I. #2 is worse.

Some styles do use a backwards “U” but it done softly as a leading block to off balance the opponent. The moo blocks hard then “U’es” back.
