Israel begins withdrawal from Gaza

Israel began withdrawing from the Gaza Strip although many consider the truce to be fragile.

Foreign nations will attempt to cement the peace according to the conditions on both sides. Israel has said that it will retaliate if Hamas launches any attacks.

International agencies are preparing to bring relief into Gaza where air strikes and the land invasion caused major infrastructure damage and casualties.
