Actually, I do know what to do with it. I've learned the actual kung fu it was stolen from, and I've learned countless variations of it that are more effective. And remember, your instructors are the ones who taught those applications, and who still teach them, apparently, as all the readers from your side seem to know exactly what segments of the form I'm talking about when I describe them, and none seem to have a clear answer to how to get around those problems.

And, if you don't like the applications I've raised, point out others. Of course, I'm getting ready to point out its weaknesses as a kick defense in a future post. In any case, to have students train bad fundamentals for flexibility is wrong.

Don't worry, the kick defense section ends on the most positive not for the three, but it still doesn't make the moo all that effective.

And, yet again, you make it clear that hyperbole is all you can bring to a technical discussion. Too bad I plan on covering the moo curriculum all the way up to first degree(and probably past) with such detail. This is just the first glimpse.

Better sharpen your hyperbole, you're gonna need it.
