Let's not forget the improper knee locking they forced also.
By Instr's forcing my knee into an unnatural lock my cartilage finally tore. Thanks to the great heated hands mystical healing techniques I walked around for years not knowing the damage they caused.(Thank god for orthopedics)
If they really 'cared' or had any common sense they would've suggested I have it looked it by a professional instead of getting me into more nonsense knee exercises to correct my incorrect position!
I may not be an expert but all those down low positions had your knees way extended over your feet which is no-no.
Look at the one picture of Mike Leoni down low with a weapon. His knee is way over his foot and that is a recent picture!

Don't tell me that they are new and improved!
So now instead of referring to physcians for injuries they are now promoting juices and herbs?
How much more proof do you need to see that some things haven't changed!
I imagine the liabilty rate would be high if students really saw how they are racking your body! Maybe that's why they still use voodoo tactics. Think about it.. It makes sense.
