For me, it's 3 (if I'm lucky 4 times) a week. I think recovery time is important so I would guess if it's everyday then you work on different parts of the body...I've heard some people say if you work legs and you real sore the next day you should continue to work legs (again the following day) which doesn't sound right to me -- I like to give the areas I work a rest (assuming I push hard).
